Try Some Chin Lifts.
Having a double chin is not something that you need to see in the morning .
To prevent fats from accumulating in this area of your face, do some chin lifts. You can do this exercise either standing or sitting down. Tilt your head towards the ceiling with your eyes fixed above. Now purse your lips as if you are giving the ceiling a kiss. Hold this pose for 10 seconds then release. Do this 10 times every day.
Adrenal dysfunction is another possible cause
A double chin can develop because of adrenal dysfunction during menopause.
Avoid adrenal draining foods, such as sugar, caffeine and alcohol and incorporate more B vitamins, anti oxidants such as vitamin C and de-stress with relaxation methods such as yoga and meditation.

- 16 oz. green beans
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 courgette sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp. raw honey
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 cup chicken stock
Combine ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add Pepper to taste
