This is a common symptom during menopause. One thing you can do to help, is to move regularly throughout the day and include a few stretching routines – Try this shoulder stretch for starters

Standing Shoulder Stretch
Starting Position
Stand tall or sit upright

Bring your left arm across your chest, holding it below the elbow with your opposite. Keep the shoulders relaxed away from the ears.

Breathe deeply and hold for 10-30 seconds. Repeat on opposite side.
